I do feel like I've been over eating these past few days.. trying to cram in all the food we had bought.
Not that we succeeded though! We still have a few avos left on the table. Bananas and apples too.. And a solitary pawpaw looking good!
Anyhow, It's Friday once more, and my body is used to getting nought but air on Fridays, so it's basically easy peazy lemon squeezy.
Yeah, for the record, I am neither eating nor drinking today..

me and mango had dry fast today. /not drinking water/
in the morning i had elimination as usual, and then i had break from going to toilet. late at night i had wee and hour later again.
i felt the whole day the same as if i was eating, only late at night i felt more high...
i was not hungry or thirsty and very rare i had short thought about eating some nice fruit..
one day fast is for me very easy. i am happy i am not food dependent = if i do not have food i am content.
it was sunny and me and mango went on the beach. there was only us and we walked on the other end and there we sat for a while...

We got rid of most of the excess fruit yesterday, by giving it to Andrea.
This morning I'm feeling good with no particular hunger present. The sky's blue, so we will be venturing out soon. The time now is 10:43.
Later ..
We eventually ventured out in the early afternoon. It was cold, but blue sky with scattered clouds.. So we just drove to the beach and sat and warmed up in the a car for a while..
I rang mum up in the early evening. I told her we were fsting again, and she commented about how I would wither away if I wasn't careful.. Ha! .. I used to think that 60kgs was my ideal weight, but recently I am thinking that my ideal weight is more likely around 54 or 55 kgs.. that seems to be where I feel most comfortable.
My weight now is lower than it was on the 2nd day of my fast 4 weeks ago..

today is blue moon day. it is second day of my dry fast.
in the morning i had only little bit of elimination and i was still sleepy so after some time talking to mango i was back sleeping for hour or some more...
the whole day so far i feel deeply relaxed and content. giggly at times....bit quiet...sleepy and dreamy...
twice i had feeling like i like to eat some yummy fruit, so i observed it and i decided to change focus and it worked thinking about eating left me.
i am not hungry or thirsty.
most of today and yesterday i spend snuggled up with sweet mango under warm blankets.
when i was thinking about fruit eating i enjoyed the idea how lucky i am that i love magic durian and it is available so i can eat it almost daily and how special it is to look forward to eating it again...happy that durian is a big part of my sweet fruitarian life. i feel totally blessed and spoiled...
i fully forgot about food for long time only around 7pm i wanted sweet durian but not for long, i was also bit hungry soon after but not for long now is 1 am and i am slightly hungry...but i am ok and i do not want to eat. i am surrounded by boxes of very yummy oranges and enjoy breath in their aroma. at times i pick up and smell apple or papaya...i love it. i do not feel like eating it.
i feel deeply relaxed content and i do not notice any detox so far
late at night i had small poo and wee it smell fruity...
my skin feel more hydrated and smooth
my hunger is gone again. i am sleepy now...have a peaceful night everyone...

SUNDAY, 1ST JULY, 2007 - Day 3(Fast/Juice) - Sydney, Australia

I awoke this morning with a parched throat and mouth, but that seemed to disappear after a short gargle..
Later, feeling sleepy still, I returned to bed and slept until midday.
At noon, I arose once more, and had a small bowel movement. And a couple of hourse later, Kveta and I went out for the afternoon with Andrea to visit a Spiritual Church..
It was the first time I'd been there, although Kveta and Andrea have been at least once previously.. There was some singing, followed later by a small psychic reading from the woman leading the group (we were only about 20 or so people). - We each brought a flower, or leaf, and placed it in a small paper bag, and she pulled each one out seperatly and gave a small reading about the person that placed it there.
Later, back at hone, around 17:45, I felt suddenly very thirsty, and told Kveta I was going to make myself an orange juice.. She decided to join me.. I don't think I am in the right place to push the fast to a point where things really start happening, and would rather just take things as far as I can within the realms of comfort, so I was pleased to drink.
Apart from the thirst, I did not feel any other signs of the fast.. no light headedness or lack of energy.

i wake up around 8am and i went strait away to the toilet as usual. i had small poo and little bit of wee. still no sight of detox.
i joined mango in living room and chatted with him for about hour and then he jumped in bed and very soon i was also sleepy so i followed him, he was already sleeping and i slept in few minutes as well...healing was at it's best....
we slept for over 2hours and then we got ready and went pick up a and we all went visit spiritual church. mango just before we left went pick some 2 flowers for me and a for flower reading and he pick for himself paper bark...a happen to have her own flower so the one i ask mango to pick for her i put in the church in the big bowl full of flowers
we all got helpful messages from flower /leaf, bark/ reading psychic lady.
i was all day deeply peaceful and relaxed and even i felt i have energy i felt like there is no reason for moving i was fully content without needs. still i decided to walk in a car and in to the church and out and in the shoebox...and it was fun...today i was all day spiced out and a noticed so i told her i am not eating again and she did not get in to conversation about it. i haven't big need for talking as well so i was pleased.
around 6pm sweet mango said he is thirsty and he feel like having orange juice i said that is great idea and i was not thirsty or very hungry but i decided to join him. i love the first taste of clear orange juice after fast. it taste like nectar from heavens. we had another juice around 7 and 8pm...
soon after each juice i have to have pee and few hours after my last orange juice i had another pee and small poo
i am still very very peaceful and relaxed but i feel like writing and i am not as much spaced out, just little bit...
another winter day is over and we are one day closer to warm spring time...

today is my first full fresh raw orange juice day
i wake up giggling, sun was shining, mango was smiling...
elimination: straight after i wake up big wee and 1/3 of usual amount/when eating/ of poo. soon after every juice i had big wee and after 3rd juice i had small poo as well it was slightly runny and of bright orange color. same after 4th and 5th juice
today i had one juice from one orange and 5 juices 4dl. all juices are made from fresh raw and yummy oranges some by me some by mango. we drink them straight after they are made.
today i feel like spring wake up within me. today i feel very strongly connected to all life. today i feel like free wild child of nature.
i am always beside myself when i see fruiting orange tree. i love the beautiful contrast of deep green foliage hagging radiant orange sunshines, sweet and life giving oranges...

I've been working on HTML'ing an interview that I was given last week with a norwegian newspaper.. called "Dagens Naeringsliv".. Aparantly I am the only norwegian fruitarian they were able to find through extensive internet research.. it doesn't surprise me..

i went sleep around 2am as usual
elimination: 6am i wake up had very watery nice orange color poo and big wee and in minutes after i was sleeping again till 8am soon after every juice i had wee. late afternoon after second juice i had poo same as in the morning. same happen after every juice
today i had 4 raw fresh orange juices. 4dl. 9am, 4pm, 5pm, 7pm.
i was busy all day and i had plenty of energy, visiting a and driving, beach with mango.it was lovely sunny day.
i feel amazing. i love fruit & fast...there is always something new and exciting. i love to share it all with sweet mango.
late afternoon i was daydreaming about eating magic durian one day...it was sweet dream. for now i am fully satisfied with raw fresh orange juice. we pour every juice trough sieve so it is clear from all fiber. i love clear orange juice.
i am feeling all day peaceful content happy.

i spend yesterday half day in library and i got affected by air conditioning; at night i was sneezing, i had some mood swings, easily upset, crying, only for short time, and after cold sore on my lip. rest of the night i was back to relaxed peaceful existence...
i had 5 glasses of very yummy fresh raw orange juice. 4dl each.
few times i felt hunger after orange juice, but only for short time. i was wandering should i eat some other fruit and i felt like i want to have orange juice only.

OK.. I've not been writing much here these past days. To be honest, there has not been much to specifically write about how I've been feeling during this orange juice cure.. I've not particularly felt any hunger yet, and only a couple of small bowel movements.. Not been feeling spacey or with any less, or more energy than normal.. Although I have perhaps been sleeping more than I normally would.

elimination: after i wake up i had light orange foamy poo and big wee, i had slight tummy cramps. rest of the day only tiny foamy poo and big wee not long after every juice. small, normal poo late at night.

today i spend few hours relaxing on the sun. did few yoga exercises, enjoyed movements and breathing and sunshine i was facing...i do not think i need to gaze in to sun to get sun energy i can get sun energy on cloudy days as well, sun is with me all the time...and not only the mighty sun.
i love myself, i love my life. i love all.
today i was not hungry anymore after orange juice, i was again fully satisfied. i only thought once or twice how awesome and special the next durian is going to be...thought of durian fill me with excitement...wow to magic durian.

today i was sleepy peaceful and relaxed, short mild mood swings close to midday, impatient, easily upset.

Must have slept over 12 hours last night..
Woke up and had my first real bowel movement since starting on the oranges, but surprisingly the scales say I have gained 200 grams since yesterday.. Seems I am starting to level out mass-wise.. That's gotta be a good thing..

me and mango shared sweet and yummy papaya in bed. it was very cold morning. it was interesting experiencing a new taste than orange juice.
elimination: small normal poo and big wee in the morning after i woke up. soon after i ate papaya i had another small poo. soon after every meal i had big wee. at night bit bigger poo.
soon after our sweet breakfast in warm bed, me and mango went get some delicious durians, box of yummy oranges, about box of hass avos small ones, 2kg mandarines, 2kg of tomatoes, 4small libanise cucumbers, passion fruit
we ate first durian in a car. it was so great to taste magic durian again. so special. we shared another sweet durian later on in shoebox. it was only small one and at night another small delicious durian. yum, yum, yum,
we also had some avos mango as is and some with tomato. i had avo tomato cucumber mild chili mix. avos were old from neighbor fridge /we do not have one/and i felt bit strange after eating them and they taste bit strange too. i do not like eat fruit kept in fridge that is why i do not have one, i love all fruit at room temperature. i do love frozen durian, even when it is still bit frozen. that is exception. i also find fruit kept in fridge taste somehow plasticky. and i can smell it too.
we also had raw fresh orange juice. yum. 4dl each.
i felt the fruit entering my stomach and my bloodstream. i come little bit closer to earth. i felt slightly heavier. i love fruit and all its magic.
